PRIVACY POLICY

Fleur Dance Convention operates www.fleurdance.com. This privacy notice discloses the privacy practices for this website. This privacy notice applies solely to information collected by this website.

We primarily collect information from dance studios that elect to register their students in our programs. Information collected by us is essentially limited to the name of a student and his or her date of birth. Sometimes, a studio or individual registrant may provide us with their email address. Each studio is responsible for collecting whatever additional information that they wish to obtain for their own purposes but that additional information is not collected by us. The studio pays the applicable fees to us directly on a studio credit card and, in turn, collects reimbursement of those fees from the students. The studio is responsible for collecting information only from students who are age thirteen (13) or older or, if a student has not yet attained age 13, then that information must be collected only from a parent of the student or other responsible adult or guardian. Dance students who wish to enroll in our program directly and not through a studio may also do so by contacting us directly by telephone or regular mail or through this website but only if they are age thirteen (13) or older and if not age thirteen (13) or older, through their parent or guardian.

We will not sell or rent or otherwise transmit information to anyone that we collect from studios or students other than as required by law. We do engage a third-party vendor to act as a back-up for the information that we do collect but they are restricted from using that information in any way for any purpose other than to provide us with access to same.

We may use your information to respond to you regarding the reason you or your studio contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our back-up site or other organization or its affiliated dance studios, other than as necessary.

Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you or your studios via email in the future to tell you or your studio about specials, new products or services, or changes to this privacy policy.
