Terms & Conditions
1. Guardian Approval - By completing registration, I certify that I am the parent/legal guardian of the participant (if under 18) and approve of this transaction and participation.
2. Cancellation by FLEUR - FLEUR reserves the right to cancel an event due to low enrollment or other circumstances that would make the event non-viable. If FLEUR cancels an event, registrants will be offered a full refund. Refund will be issued on the same platform used for payment.
3. Registration Cancellation by Participant - All sales are non-transferable to other individuals or future FLEUR events. Refunds are handled exclusively through Purchase Protection/Refundable Pass if added at the time of purchase. Refundable passes cannot be purchased after initial event registration. If FLEUR cancels the event, all purchases will be refunded in full.
4. Non-refundable Registration Passes - If Purchase Protection/Refundable Pass is not added, Registration is non-refundable. All sales are non-transferable to other individuals or future FLEUR events. If an event is rescheduled, all registrations will be honored for the new event date. If FLEUR cancels the event, all purchases will be refunded in full.
5. Event Conduct & Participation - FLEUR reserves the right to remove or deny participation to any attendee for unsafe behavior, failure to follow event rules, pr conduct deemed disruptive or inappropriate. No refunds will be issued if removal occurs due to conduct violations.
6. Media Consent - By registering for a FLEUR event, I consent to myself (if over 18) and/or my child (if participant is under 18) being photographed, video-recorded, or audio-recorded during the event. I agree that such media may be used for educational, promotional, or public relations purposes by FLEUR.
7. Multi-State Events & Governing Law - FLEUR is a Florida-based company hosting events in multiple states. These Terms & Conditions shall be goverened by the laws of the State of Florida. However, for any incident, claim, or dispute arising from participation in a specific event, the laws of the state in which the event is held shall also apply where required.
8. Acknowledgement - By completing registration and signing below, I certify that (1) I have read and understand these Terms & Conditions. (2) I agree to all policies stated above. (3) I am the legal guardian signing on behalf of the participant if under 18. (The Participation Waiver & Release of Liability also applies).
